Terms of use
- Because of the seasonality of flowers as well as the individual style and creativity of each of our florists, bouquets may be just a little different from the design in the photograph.
- If one of the flowers in the bouquet ordered is unavailable we reserve the right to replace it with another of a similar tone and quality. We guarantee the bouquet received will be as attractive as in the photograph
- Please ensure the name and address of the recipient are correct. No refund can be given in the event of non delivery.
- Bloom in Mail can not be held liable if the intended recipient does not accept the delivery. In this case we treat the order as completed.
- Bloom in Mail products will be delivered by Royal Mail. Orders received by 4.00pm Monday to Friday will be delivered next day or your requested date of delivery. Orders received after 4.00pm on Friday may not be delivered until Tuesday of the following week.
- All prices include free delivery; Please allow 1-2 days for delivery. For this reason we always try to send flowers so that they arrive on or just before the requested date. There are very occasional circumstances where delay is unavoidable (industrial action or inclement weather). In such an event, if, for any reason, flowers are not received until after the required date we will refund the full amount of your purchase or send a replacement free of charge.
- All Bloom in Mail products shown on this website are available for delivery anywhere in the UK and N. Ireland.
- Delivery days are Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
